Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. As part of this role, you'll work closely with other ServiceNow Practice teams to convert customer needs into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Project Delivery and Consulting: Work in partnership with the ServiceNow Practice Team, the AC3 Project Management Office, and our customers, while mentoring more junior engineers in the team.
  • Complex Projects and Engagements: Play a key role in the delivery of complex projects and engagements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and customer stakeholders to build and test solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve complex configuration and integration challenges.

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow Experience: Prior experience working on the ServiceNow platform highly regarded (or if you completed ServiceNow training).
  • Software Development Skills: 1-2 years experience in the software development space.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer services skills.
