Technical Consultant for ServiceNow Solutions

As a skilled Technical Consultant, you will support the design and development of IT solutions that cater to customer and business strategies.

Working in partnership with our ServiceNow Practice Team, Project Management Office, and customers, you will focus on technical project delivery and consulting while mentoring junior engineers.

  • Design and implement solutions that provide value, are relevant, and sustainable.
  • Contribute as a technical expert to support qualification, scoping, estimation, design, and architecture of new or existing opportunities and projects.
  • Resolve complex configuration and integration challenges.
  • Play a key role in delivering complex projects and engagements.
  • Lead and mentor team members in meeting deadlines, setting customer expectations, and developing specialized skills.
  • Partner with ServiceNow Solution Architects to mature and improve frameworks.
  • Lead customer workshops, including discovery and co-design sessions.
  • Become a trusted advisor within key customer accounts, consulting on ServiceNow strategy and design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience as an end-to-end ServiceNow Consultant focused on Migration, Transformation, and IT Outsourcing initiatives.
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting and/or pre-sales roles.
  • Strong application development and integration experience.
  • Strong experience across ITSM, ITOM, and/or SecOps modules.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
