Senior Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional ServiceNow projects and services to clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, computer science or a related field, and proven experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address business needs, develop scoped applications, workflows and other UI elements for custom solutions and enhancements, and provide guidance and expertise to support platform growth and development.

Requirements and Qualifications
- A degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM and 1+ additional CIS certification, ServiceNow Suite Certified (e.g., ITSM, HR, or CSM).
- Proven experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and development.
- Email build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specifications.
- Strong workshop facilitation skills and experience delivering multiple ServiceNow product line projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
