Team Leader - Advice Delivery Role

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to lead a high-performing team of Financial Advisers in delivering quality intra-fund financial advice to our members.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership and people management skills, as well as the ability to drive performance and capability development within the team.

  • Lead and motivate a team of advice professionals to deliver high-quality intra-fund advice.

  • Champion member outcomes through coaching, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership, people management and coaching experience.
  • Relevant Providers Education and Training Standards.
  • Excellent analytical, written and communication skills.
