Electoral Commissioner Deputy

The state seeks an exceptional leader to fill the role of Deputy Electoral Commissioner. As a key member of the team, you will drive the strategic direction of the organisation and implement change across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing executive leadership in the delivery of complex electoral events and activities;
  • Building relationships with government and non-government organisations;
  • Driving operational improvements and technology modernisation initiatives;
  • Exercising delegated powers in the absence of the Electoral Commissioner.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in business, public administration or law;
  • Proven experience leading a complex organisation at an executive level;
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence;
  • Able to operate with high levels of ethical behaviour, honesty, integrity and respect.
