Supervisor of Concrete and Aggregate Testing

We are seeking a motivated Concrete and Aggregates Laboratory Supervisor to supervise and undertake concrete and aggregate testing.
- Oversee laboratory technicians working in the Port Melbourne lab.
- Ensure the lab operates safely, efficiently, and complies with testing requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage laboratory equipment calibration program and maintain records.
- Communicate expectations for safety and sustainability amongst the team.
- Ensure compliance of the laboratory to NATA requirements.
- Schedule and allocate internal and external testing companies to ensure project conformance.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality assurance of customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in construction materials testing - concrete and aggregates.
- Certificate III in Lab Operations or prior NATA signatory from an approved NATA laboratory.
- Analytical skills with ability to present complex analyses as management information.
