Job Title: Dedicated Support Network Facilitator

The primary objective of this role is to manage and facilitate a weekly support group for separated dads who are experiencing difficulties.

This program provides a safe space for local dads to share their experiences and receive support from peers who have gone through similar situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend meeting locations each week for two hours, typically during evenings or weekends
  • Open the location and set up chairs
  • Facilitate the meeting with full training provided

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Be a separated dad (peer)
  • No formal qualifications required as full training is provided
