About the Role

Our company seeks an experienced Bid Manager to join our national bid team. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexibility in their work schedule, with the option to work 22.5 hours per week over 4 or 5 days depending on preference. The position can be based in any of our offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders early in the sales cycle to develop strategies and win themes for major sales opportunities.
  • Qualify bids and provide recommendations to the National Manager Solutions and Services.
  • Ensure internal bid compliance requirements are met.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary bid project teams.

The successful candidate will have experience in bid management, preferably in an IT Services, Technology or Managed Services environment. They will also possess strong project management skills and be able to manage multiple tenders simultaneously in time-critical situations.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated bid management experience responding to large corporate and government tenders.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
