About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Residential Aged Care. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

This role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored therapy plans, and delivering evidence-based treatments through the award-winning Plena Care Pathway.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with facility staff and within their professional scope to support residents with daily living activities, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and skin integrity care.
