About this Role:

We are seeking a suitably qualified Personal Care Worker with prior experience in residential aged care to join our team. As a Permanent Part-Time Night Shift worker, you will provide quality care for residents during the night time period.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver care and services that reflect residents' physical, social, and emotional needs and preferences.
  • Support residents' independence, dignity, and choice.
  • Work cooperatively with other members of the care team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or IV in Ageing Support.
  • Experience working in residential aged care, including night shifts.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Kindness and empathetic understanding of older persons' needs.
  • Sound computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to speak Italian.
  • Vaccination against COVID-19 (3 vaccinations).
