Senior Manager – Ancillary Integrity and Compensation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Ancillary Integrity and Compensation functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for detecting, preventing, and recovering financial losses resulting from claims leakage.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to detect and prevent claims leakage, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging advanced analytics and data science techniques to drive business outcomes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including providers, legal professionals, and other payers, to drive high levels of detection and recovery of claims.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting, ensuring business confidence in the team's outputs.
- Embed a culture of professionalism and exceptional customer service, upholding the reputation of Dental Corporation through timely and effective engagement with external parties.
- Proven experience in leading mid-sized teams in a private health insurer, general insurer, law firm, or other service-based industries.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions and encourage referrals.
- Ability to balance commercial imperatives with providing a leading customer experience.
- Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and communicate key highlights to senior management.
- Experience in partnering across functions to develop and implement strategies to deliver commercial outcomes in complex, matrix organizations.
