Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and creative professional to manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver bold, innovative campaigns for some of Australia's most exciting consumer brands.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to counsel clients while supporting senior leaders and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Lead project execution across creative, social, influencer, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure all work is on brief and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Provide strategic input and insights that add value to client programs.
  • Support senior leaders in driving account growth and new opportunities.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and succeed.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years' experience in brand communications, PR, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful consumer campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent client relationship and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of media, influencer, and digital landscapes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines.
