As a key leader in our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and strengthening relationships with employers and members across Queensland.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and account management within the superannuation industry or financial services sector. They will possess strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing client-facing team to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement successful account management and sales strategies to strengthen relationships with employers and members.
  • Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and partner functions to build strong networks and partnerships.
  • Collaborate strategically with internal teams to deliver on state targets and enhance client service programs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leadership and account management within the superannuation industry or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial relations and superannuation issues (e.g., State/Federal Awards and EBAs).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Desirable).
  • RG 146 compliant.
