We are seeking a skilled and innovative Creative Interior Design Professional to lead the launch and execution of interior design services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing material selection, cost estimation, and builder coordination using drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Collaborating with clients to develop design concepts that incorporate cultural elements.
  • Developing furniture collaborations and partnerships with manufacturers to create exclusive lines.
  • Presenting design proposals, including mood boards and 3D renderings, to clients for approval.
  • Collaborating with Architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure designs meet specifications, budget, and time constraints.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
  • No less than 12 months of relevant work experience in interior design and property styling services industry.
  • A portfolio of design work.
  • Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially regarding communicating an artistic vision.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software.
