This role involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders to create innovative and functional designs for workplaces and commercial interiors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative design concepts aligned with client objectives and workplace strategy recommendations.\
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their business needs, culture, and design preferences.\
  • Analyze spatial, functional, efficiency, safety, and aesthetic requirements for each project.\
  • Negotiate and coordinate design solutions with clients, project managers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.\
  • Select, specify, and schedule recommended finishes, materials, furniture, and equipment for each project.\
  • Create detailed documentation and specifications for selected designs to guide construction and implementation.\
  • Supervise the construction and installation process to ensure design integrity is maintained.\
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.\
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective design plans, schedules, and 3D visualizations.\
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and constraints effectively.\
  • Ensure all designs comply with statutory regulations and meet industry standards.\
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in commercial interior design.\
