**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Control Systems Specialist to join our team at Programmed in Melbourne Water.

**About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional engineering input to dedicated projects or suites of projects and supporting maintenance delivery. This includes working with clients to understand their software development, management, and procurement standards, as well as examining and testing control systems to diagnose faults.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engineering Input and Support: Provide functional engineering input to dedicated projects or suites of projects and support maintenance delivery.
  • Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand their software development, management, and procurement standards.
  • Fault Diagnosis: Examine and test control systems to diagnose faults.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Robotics, Mechatronics or similar) and/or Computer Science (Software Engineering or similar). You will also require significant experience in industrial control systems, particularly with PLCs, OIUs, and industrial networks. Experience with Allen Bradley, Emerson, and Siemens systems is highly regarded.

As an Industrial Control Systems Specialist at Programmed, you can expect a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
