Youth Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Case Officer to join our Enhanced Bail Supervision and Support service. This role will be responsible for providing case support to young people on bail, including engaging with the young person, completing outreach, and supporting case management interventions.
About the Role- Deliver meaningful after-hours support to young people.
- Provide technical expertise in electronic monitoring to support suitability assessments.
- Installation, removal, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic monitoring devices for young people subject to EBSS.
- Engage with complex young people and work therapeutically with young people and their families to promote their rehabilitation.
- Providing case support to young people.
- Delivering after-hours support to young people.
- Providing technical expertise in electronic monitoring.
- Installation and maintenance of electronic monitoring devices.
- Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Services Work is desirable.
- A full Victorian driver's license is required due to the need to travel within the state.
- A current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is required.
