About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization and drive its growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, business, and industry leaders
  • Develop and implement effective governance and risk management practices
  • Drive advocacy and policy alignment to support business growth and development
  • Manage and develop programs to promote business viability and success in the region
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business management, commercial acumen, and strategic leadership
  • Strong influencing and advocacy skills, with experience in governance and risk management
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective governance and risk management practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
