Job DescriptionThe primary purpose of this role is to be a logistics functional expert onsite, adopting and implementing best practices. You will develop detailed logistics plans, manage supply chain performance indicators, and identify needs and issues in the execution window.
- Schedule Management: Develop and update logistics plans for producing operations, wells, and projects within an area. Match upcoming demand against available logistics resources and make recommendations for excessive demand requirements.
- Supply Chain Performance: Deliver Supply Chain commitments approved through relevant Service Level Agreements and Manage Supply Chain Performance Indicators.
- Routine Activities: Actively participate in Asset or Functional Management System (eg – Daily Production Reviews, Morning Rig Calls, IAP/IS Meetings, Accountability Reviews). Make and receive daily calls to rig locations and vendors to understand readiness of current and planned activity.
You will work closely with the Materials and Personnel Coordinators to ensure opportunities to optimize logistics resources across assets are realized. Facilitate resolution of issues causing inefficient or costly operations and coordinate sub-contractors when required to execute the demand of transport operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience: 3+ years' experience in a logistics or supply chain operations. Experience working with contract management and past delivery through suppliers.
- Skills: Strong communications and networking skills. Willingness to work in a process-driven organisation inclusive of problem-solving and continuous improvement. COR skills/training reference.
