Pastry Chef Role

Mandoon Estate is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to work in our fast-paced kitchen environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries and desserts, ensuring impeccable hygiene standards.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pastry at a high level is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a demanding kitchen environment.
  • Effective stock control, ordering, and rotation.
  • Ability to train and develop junior staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety procedures including knowledge of HACCP.

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery and a passion for producing consistent, quality food.

This is a hands-on role requiring weekend and evening shifts.
