About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries and desserts in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Assist with preparation of food in assigned kitchen outlet, ensuring a fresh and positive work environment where safety, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.
  • Control the function of their section and assist in contributing to the overall Food Department profit.
  • Ensure all menus and food produced in their section meet the standards set down by management.
  • Recreate recipes, techniques and menu items as directed by management.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes guests want to return, giving each guest a positive and memorable experience.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to contribute to organizational goals.
