We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to deliver exceptional support and guidance to our clients.
As an experienced HR practitioner, you will provide expert advice and support on all aspects of human resources management, including workplace investigations, training and development programs, change management, employee relations, dispute resolution and policy implementation.
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints and incidents
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Facilitate organisational change and transition to ensure seamless business operations
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including grievances and disputes
- Develop and maintain relevant HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Mentor and train line managers to ensure effective people management practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to build strong relationships with executives, team leaders and employees is also critical.
A tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline, along with demonstrated experience as a strong HR generalist, is necessary for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR advice and support to clients
- Work with multiple awards, including SCHADS, HPSS, Nurses and Aged Care
The successful candidate will become a trusted adviser to our clients, working closely with them to address all their HR needs and provide expert guidance and support.
