We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure a superior service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Manage staff, including training, rostering and on-shift management.\
  • Oversee the overall operational facets of the business.\
  • Adhere to and audit OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.\
  • Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs.\
  • Ensure delivery of outstanding guest experiences.\
  • Drive a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior leader.\
  • Maintain current market knowledge and execute promotional concepts to drive business growth.\

    • Requirements:\
      • \
      • 3yrs Hospitality Management experience.\
      • Experience in both Bar and Restaurant environments.\
      • Ability to lead, train and develop a team.\
      • Essential qualifications: RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced.\
      • Desirable: First aid certificate and Approved Managers Certificate.\
