Lead Front-of-House Operations

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer experiences with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef
  • Provide exemplary customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Oversee cash handling, sales, and daily financial balancing
  • Supervise and train team members to maintain high standards
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with club policies

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (Qld)
  • Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate
  • Proven experience in managing a restaurant or similar venue
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with diverse teams
