Fitness First Member Support Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving membership growth and retention through exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions.
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
- Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

- A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super.
