We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Personal Trainers to join our team at Fitness First. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a key role in helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct one-on-one Personal Training Sessions to help members achieve their fitness objectives
- Perform health consultations and design personalized training programs tailored to each member's needs
- Work closely with members to understand their goals and develop a plan to help them achieve success
- Continuously monitor and evaluate member progress, making adjustments to training programs as needed
