About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at Fitness First. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and accessible Reform classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Class Delivery: Deliver high-quality Reform classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels.
  • Member Safety: Ensure the well-being and safety of members during classes.
  • Class Format: Maintain consistent delivery of the class format.
  • Attendance: Maximize class attendance through high-level execution.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure studios are kept neat and tidy, with all equipment packed away.
Requirements
  • Certification: Certificate III minimum fitness qualification and current Senior First Aid Certificate.
  • Pilates Qualification: Pilates Mat Work Qualification (prerequisite) and Reformer Pilates Qualification (highly commended).
  • AusActive Registration: AusActive or equivalent registration.
  • Passion for Excellence: A passion for delivering a high-quality member experience.
