Senior Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and set the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
- Coach and develop: Identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Run the restaurant: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
