Store Leadership Opportunity

The Role

This leader will work closely with the Store Manager to drive the team towards delivering business objectives and success indicators. Key responsibilities include recruiting and retaining high-performing talent, coaching and motivating staff, and ensuring operational excellence.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maintain our success as a retailer, providing positive customer and people experiences throughout our retail network.

Duties
  • Provide an exceptional people experience by reinforcing our customer-centric nature.
  • Lead the store team to deliver performance objectives for sales, audit, compliance, visual merchandising, wages, and safety.
  • Contribute to all aspects of store operations, including managing and leading the team, opening the store, managing stock movement, and analyzing sales conversion and customer engagement measures.
Requirements
  • Customer-service based management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated experience driving sales and operations to meet targets and metrics.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
