Business Operations Manager

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Managers to join our team. As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities- Drive sales growth while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, helping them grow professionally.
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Previous leadership experience in customer service.
- Experience in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
- Ability to provide feedback and coach a team to success.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Visual merchandising experience is an asset.
