The role of IT Systems Administrator is pivotal in supporting the operational efficiency and security of internal IT systems. The primary objective revolves around ensuring the smooth functioning of the IT ecosystem by providing technical support, managing endpoint security, and maintaining user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Configuring, deploying, and maintaining corporate laptops and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and related tools.">
  • Managing asset inventory and lifecycle tracking for a given office, encompassing procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of IT assets.">
  • Providing operational support and troubleshooting assistance to stakeholders.">
  • Offering desktop support to stakeholders, including hardware, AV, peripherals, mobile devices, and applications.">
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of internal documentation for IT systems, policies, and procedures.">
  • Collaborating with external vendors and contractors as needed.">

Essential Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualification/s in an Information Technology-related discipline is highly desirable.">
  • Microsoft certifications are advantageous.">

Preferred Experience and Knowledge:

  • ">
  • Experience supporting and managing Windows and MacOS devices in a corporate environment.">
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot.">
  • Comfortable using Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Insight).">
  • Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange administration experience.">
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).">
  • Understanding of endpoint security concepts.">
