Job Role:

  • Support elderly clients with their daily living needs, including personal care and mobility assistance.
  • Follow established care plans to ensure individuals receive the best possible support, promoting a safe and dignified environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide routine technical support and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients through clear communication and empathy, promoting a positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate III qualification in Individual Support (Aging Support) or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English required.
  • Able to work at least 3 days per week and occasionally work night shifts.
  • 2 years relevant experience highly desirable but not essential.
  • Empathy and attention to detail essential qualities for this role.

Work Arrangements:

  • Casual or part-time employment available.
  • Varied shift patterns including morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts.
  • No less than 37.64 hours per week.

Language Skills:

  • Chinese required.
