Elderly Care Support Worker Wanted

We are seeking compassionate individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of older people. As part of our dynamic team, you will provide assistance and support to elderly people on home care packages.

The role involves providing personal care, medication assistance, companionship, domestic tasks, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation to clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience providing home care services to older people and NDIS clients, good communication and teamwork skills, a smart mobile phone with internet access, current First Aid and CPR certificates, an Australian Federal Police check, and an Australian Drivers License. You will also require a reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance and relevant qualifications such as Certificate III Aged Care/Home and Community Care/Individual Support. Additionally, you must have Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights.
