The Regional Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across a portfolio of campuses in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop Campus Directors across a portfolio of up to 11 campuses
- Oversee operational performance, including occupancy, family experience, safety, and compliance
- Deliver commercial outcomes by optimising revenue, managing costs, and achieving EBITDA targets
- Act as a conduit between campus teams and central support functions, ensuring smooth implementation of strategy, projects, and initiatives
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced operational leader with a track record of success in multi-site or area management, ideally in early childhood education or a related people-centred sector
- Strong commercial acumen, knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early learning compliance standards, and excellent relationship-building and influencing skills are essential
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across your region are also required
