Transaction Services Leader

This role is ideal for individuals with diverse experiences from external audit, CFO advisory, accounting advisory, corporate advisory, professional service firms, or accounting/commercial teams within operational businesses.

Talent that makes the move successfully combine technical financial expertise, strategic insight, and leadership capabilities to drive value for clients through complex transactions.

Key responsibilities include leading detailed financial analysis, managing due diligence process, collaborating with buy-side and sell-side advisers, delivering enhanced diligence (Diligence+), providing clients with a holistic assessment of an asset, quantifying potential value opportunities.

Also includes managing deal lifecycle, from pre-announcement to implementation, defining deal strategy, identifying synergies, and supporting carve-out processes. Understand transaction rationale and its impact on reporting while planning proactively to meet milestones.

Convey clear, actionable advice, ensuring insights are tailored to clients' industry and strategic objectives, and deliver integrated services that comprehensively address client needs. Offer alternative solutions that support clients' needs while prioritising value creation.

Our team collaborates closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory & Infrastructure as well as other Advisory teams, Tax and Audit; it is a multi-disciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our one ethos.

Our team delivers at various stages of the transaction lifecycle including: Pre-deal evaluations and initial assessment of potential targets, Financial due diligence to uncover key issues of potential targets, Vendor assistance and vendor due diligence offerings for sell-side clients, Capital market and regulatory reporting, Pre-deal carve-outs of businesses for spin-off or sale; and Assisting clients in understanding the true strategic and operational capability of acquisitions and divestments via our integrated risk and value creation diligence.
