**Job Description**
Overview of the RoleThe Deal Advisory Tax team is a leading market player, known for its dynamic and fun environment. The team works on significant transactions in the Australian market, catering to a diverse range of clients including private equity, infrastructure, property, and financial services.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects that make headlines.
We are looking for a seasoned Director with expertise in Corporate M&A to join our team.
Responsibilities- Tax due diligence
- Structuring, including advice on deal structures
- Transaction document review
- Post-deal integration
- Transaction-related ATO and FIRB correspondence
- Extensive experience in tax transactions
- Strong tax technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members
