Job Title: Senior Contracts Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction and services contracts on-site in line with project procedures
  • Support the Contract Manager in contractor performance, claims handling, and risk management
  • Liaise with site teams to ensure contract deliverables are achieved
  • Manage contract documentation, including variations, site instructions, and claims
  • Participate in contractor meetings and provide commercial input
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Law, or Construction Management
  • Significant experience in contracts administration within EPCM/EPC environments
  • Strong working knowledge of contract terms, negotiation strategies, and claims management
  • Proficient in procurement systems (e.g., Unifier, Aconex)
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
