About the Role

Established in 1975, Access Hardware is a family-owned and operated Australian company dedicated to excellence in all aspects of architectural hardware and security solutions. As a leading specialist distributor of architectural door hardware and associated products for the construction industry, we are committed to constantly improving the service we provide our customers.

The role is centered around the sales of architectural hardware products to the construction industry, which includes but is not confined to:

  • Tier 3 builders
  • Volume home builders
  • Glass and aluminum fabricators
  • Carpenters
  • Joiners

The ideal candidate for this position will be familiar with this segment, possess professional sales presentation skills, and share a passion for business management and be prepared to go above and beyond normal expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate new business and appointment setting
  • Manage existing client base
  • Work within the framework of a set sales and margin budget
  • Work within the documented processes and procedures that are supportive of the company's objectives
  • Create, develop, and present all necessary sales proposals, quotes, and work requests necessary to meet customers' deadlines
  • Gather and record management of all client contact and sales-related intellectual property
  • Completion of all specified sales reporting requirements
