Visual Identity Designer

Contour is seeking an experienced Visual Identity Designer to elevate its national education brand. As a key member of the design team, you will define and protect the visual identity across all mediums, creating world-class visuals that inspire and convert.

This role involves owning Contour's style guide, elevating it to new heights and protecting the standard across social media graphics, websites, flyers, and print collateral. You will work collaboratively with leaders across marketing, operations, sales, academics, and leadership to deliver premium marketing collateral and shape digital experiences that meet our brand standards.

As a Visual Identity Designer, your expertise in graphic, brand, or visual design will be instrumental in codifying and protecting the brand, shaping digital experiences, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate Visual Identity - Take the style guide to world-class standards
  • Codify and Protect the Brand - Define rules, systems, and assets for instant recognisability
  • Design Across All Mediums - Social media graphics, ads, websites, flyers, and print collateral
  • Shape Digital Experiences - Create UI/UX concepts, Figma wireframes, and direction for web apps and platforms
  • Collaborate with Leaders - Work with marketing, operations, sales, academics, and leadership to deliver visuals that inspire and convert
  • Mentor Junior Designers - Set the design standard at Contour and help build a design function

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic, brand, or visual design
  • Portfolio showing world-class work across digital, print, and marketing
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Collaborative approach and ownership mentality
