Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team based in QLD.

This role involves building relationships with new potential customers, developing a strong client base for future business opportunities and conducting competitor analysis to identify market gaps.

  • Key responsibilities include utilising experience to drive sales growth, establishing customer needs by attending customer premises and maintaining Company image at all times.
  • The ideal candidate will possess sales experience, technical knowledge, permanent working rights in Australia, strong communication skills and a valid driver's licence.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of products and services, be able to promote effectively and ensure safety and well-being of all stakeholders.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with the National Business Development Manager to achieve specific KPIs.

As a results-driven BDM, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through the development of strategic partnerships and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
