Regional Financial Services Manager

The Regional Finance Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the region's financial management, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
This is a key leadership position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee financial support to volunteer sub-centres, including training in accounting systems and review of financial statements.
- Prepare and submit budgets and forecasts, analysing trends and discussing outcomes with managers.
- Manage month-end processes, preparing journals and variance analysis to ensure reasonableness of financials.
- Lead and manage the Regional Finance Officer.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and project support to the Regional Team and Senior Management Accountant.
- Ability to work effectively with volunteers.
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- CA/CPA (desirable but not essential).
- Driver's licence.
