This is a senior management position responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple sites in the Southwest region.
The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering exceptional service quality, achieving operational and business performance targets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to a diverse team of ~70 employees across the Southwest portfolio.
- Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and excellence to ensure effective risk and compliance initiatives are established and promoted.
- Ensure that appropriate performance reviews, talent management, and succession plans are in place to maximise engagement and retention of employees.
- Partner with the commercial finance team to deliver data integrity and process improvements for sustainable growth in market.
- Monitor and manage activities of the Branch and be accountable for the overall operational and financial performance including Profit and Loss reporting, budget preparation, forecast reviews, and financial performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong background in health, safety, and environmental management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
