Financial Operations SpecialistOur organisation is committed to making a positive impact in the community. We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to oversee accounting and financial support for our region.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support volunteer sub-centres with financial governance and training
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyse trends and discuss outcomes
  • Manage month-end process, including preparation of journals and variance analysis
  • Oversee Regional Finance Officer
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and project support to the Regional Team and Senior Management Accountant
Requirements:
  • Able to work effectively with volunteers
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • CA/CPA (desirable but not essential)
  • Driver's licence
