Streamlining Operations with Automation

We are seeking a skilled professional to help us automate manual tasks and integrate our core systems into a seamless workflow.

The ideal candidate will work across departments to identify inefficiencies and implement smart solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, AI tools, and system APIs.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for automation, systems integration, and process improvement. The successful candidate's work will directly contribute to improving productivity and reducing manual workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automating workflows using Power Automate and AI technologies
  • Integrating key business systems, including ERP, CRM, WFM, and machinery interfaces
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and deliver tailored automation solutions
  • Developing and maintaining documentation and training materials to support adoption
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and refining automation processes for optimal performance

About You:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate, AI tools, and system integration
  • Familiarity with APIs and data flows between ERP, CRM, WFM, and industrial machinery systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
