E-Commerce Dispatch Team Member Role

This position involves processing and dispatching online orders, maintaining records on computer, quality checking of all goods received, and assisting in stock-takes in store. As an e-commerce dispatch team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatching online orders efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining accurate records on computer, including inventory levels and customer information
  • Quality checking of goods received to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Assisting in stock-takes in store to maintain an up-to-date inventory
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
