Safety Compliance Specialist

As a senior safety professional, this role is responsible for ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards. You will work closely with project teams to drive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
About the Role- Develop strong relationships across all levels of the business to influence and implement SRG Global safety and quality standards.
- Assist with the development of key safety and quality activities.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, alerts, and other safety and quality documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Reviewing event reports to determine causes and actions to prevent recurrences.
- Delivering training, inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
- Participating in injury management processes and return-to-work coordination.
- 2–3 years of experience in an on-site safety role.
- Exposure to quality and environment controls on site.
- Certificate IV in WHS (minimum).
