About the Role

This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of at least 2 days a week, Monday and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and every 2nd Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The working hours are negotiable.

As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for accurately tracking delivery runs, maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the branch and vehicles, handling over-the-counter retail sales and customer quotes, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and accurately tracking local delivery runs
  • Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Handling over-the-counter retail sales, customer quotes, and delivering excellent customer service
  • Picking orders, warehousing, and stock control activities
Requirements
  • No prior industry experience necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills along with confidence, initiative, and enthusiasm
  • A clean driver's license and some basic computer skills
  • Team player with exceptional safety awareness
