Your key responsibility will be to assist in delivering sales, profit, and agreed loyalty and merchandise deliverables.

  • Support the development and execution of loyalty and personalisation strategies
  • Collaborate with Trade Partners to co-create loyalty benefits and product offers
  • Work with CRM, marketing, online, and visual merch teams to deliver engaging campaigns

  • Category management and buying experience within retail
  • Exposure and passion for marketing, particularly in the loyalty/CRM space
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
