Learning Development Opportunities

We're seeking a seasoned learning professional to drive the design and delivery of impactful, engaging training for our dynamic workforce. This role involves managing every aspect of learning experiences, from needs analysis and program delivery to systems, reporting, and vendor coordination. You'll collaborate closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners to embed learning that's relevant, scalable, and aligned with our operational goals.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Designing and facilitating a range of learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning, and blended programs
  • Managing the annual training calendar and coordinating logistics with internal teams and external partners
  • Administering and optimizing our LMS (Go1), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of participation and outcomes
  • Conducting training needs assessments and recommending solutions to address skills gaps and operational challenges
  • Building a learning culture by championing development opportunities and supporting initiatives that promote engagement, growth, and inclusion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering engaging learning programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Canva)
  • Confidence managing LMS platforms (ideally Go1) and tracking learning outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve learning experiences
