We are looking for a creative professional to design and develop training materials for Air Traffic Control and associated systems. You will be responsible for creating resources to support the training team in implementing contemporary teaching methodologies like blended learning and active learning.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Developing Computer Based Training content with Adobe Captivate
  • Supporting key training design and development activities, including curriculum development and Training Management Plan design
  • Influencing technical and operational training solutions to ensure consistency with product baselines and best practice
  • Participating in training material development and maintenance according to configuration baselines and customer expectations
  • Leading the training evaluation process for continuous improvement
  • Monitoring and controlling training costs

On day one you'll bring experience in:

  • Adobe Captivate for sophisticated Computer Based Training
  • Designing and delivering effective online learning experiences and SCORM-packaged eLearning resources
  • Defining learning outcomes and designing curriculum
  • Graphic design, video and sound editing for instructional videos and images
  • Developing training solutions for Learning Management Systems
  • Managing complex online learning projects to successful delivery
  • Adult learning principles and concepts, evaluation and continuous improvement
